The School of Competition Law at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), carries out capacity building in Competition Law & Policy through its teaching and training programmes and interactive events such as workshops, seminars, roundtables on specific themes relating to Competition. The School organizes training programmes for the officials from Govt. of India Ministries and Departments, regulatory bodies, public and private sector enterprises and practitioners of Competition Law. It also organizes Induction Training and Advanced Professional Programmes for newly recruited officers of the Competition Commission of India.
The programmes delivered by the School are focused on:-

- Anti-Competitive Agreements;
- Abuse of dominance;
- Regulation of Combinations under Competition Law;
- Impact of joint ventures, technology transfers, intellectual property rights franchising etc. on
Competition;
- Precedent value of foreign judgments;
- Investigation Techniques;
- Cross border issues and international cooperation in Competition Law enforcement;
- Familiarization with International Case Law and Practice;
- Economic issues and analysis in competition regulation.
